As you may know, I love street art, and recently I went on a tour around London’s east end to see some of the city’s best pieces – from Banksy’s political satire, right through to the colourful little ‘critter’ tiles by Invader that seem to be staring down at you when you least expect it.
My highlight of the tour was Fashion Street – no doubt a street art hotspot because of its name, but also home to some of the most original work I’ve ever seen – my favourite being this wall, with references to pop culture, war and the use of iconic images to make a point, which to me is what the movement is all about.

I love seeing street art in different countries. London’s definitely doesn’t disappoint. 😉
Beautiful photo. I am also an avid fan of street art! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Beth!
Love, love, love the image of the street. I always find such photos to have a pinch of nostalgia in depicting urbanism. Thanks for posting.
Thanks Collin!
It’s amazaing what talanted people are out there on the streets. There should be a way for them to express their ideas!
I totally agree – I love street art for that very reason. I just wish it was more encouraged (and not illegal!)
